For the second consecutive year, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City has earned a spot as a USA Today Top Workplaces Award Winner. Ranked 31st on the 2025 list in the large organizations category (those with over 2,500 employees), Hard Rock Atlantic City is the highest-ranking casino on the list.
In late 2024, more than 1,000 team members from Hard Rock Atlantic City participated in an anonymous survey conducted by Energage, a leading human resources technology and research firm. Energage collaborates with USA Today to recognize organizations that champion people-first cultures. This partnership began in 2023.
In another exciting development last month, Hard Rock Atlantic City team members were thrilled to hear they would share over $10 million in bonuses, continuing the resort’s tradition of rewarding its employees since its 2018 opening. These bonuses were announced shortly after the team survey, reflecting the company’s commitment to its workforce.
“We are deeply honored to receive the 2025 USA Today Top Workplaces Award,” said George Goldhoff, President of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City. “This achievement is a testament to the dedication, passion, and commitment of our incredible team members, who are the heart and soul of our organization. Their hard work drives our success and embodies our core value of ‘Love All, Serve All.’ We celebrate their unwavering efforts in making Hard Rock Atlantic City a truly exceptional workplace for two consecutive years.”
Additionally, Hard Rock International, the corporate parent of Hard Rock Atlantic City, has also earned recognition, being named one of America’s Best Large Employers by Forbes® for 2025, and for seven of the past eight years.
